It is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training. This class consists of (4 to 8) rounds of high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-second interval and 10-second interval. This type of training is used to keep participants at a sustained high level of fat-burning using cardio and strength training. It is usually performed within 30 to 40 minutes maximum.

It is a high-intensity class that brings basic military exercises to the fitness studio. Participants are challenged to reach the maximum number of rounds in a 30-minute class. Each round reached is noted on a board so that in the next semester they can see their results week after week and improve. This way they keep their fitness level high and it leads them to achieve faster results.

This class is done by repeatedly performing one exercise after another in a circuit. Exercises are often performed with little or no rest in between. Improves conditioning and muscular endurance. This class works the entire body and can be done outside the gym and without equipment.

Core exercises
This class is based on basic abdominal exercises with the basic training platform as the main equipment and all exercises are performed on top of the platform with or without additional materials. The goal is to build a strong core to continue improving in technique, formation, and building a strong body. Core exercises are the basis for achieving ideal and faster results.
ABS strength
ABS strength
A different concept than basic training, this class was created without a basic platform. You can do core strength exercises on a carpeted floor or on a mat with or without additional materials.
